The hotel is clean and wonderfully located within walking distance of the city center. The staff are all really kind, nice, and provide amazing service. The convenient parking was a great addition. Free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property. They serve a variety of food options to choose from.

Elevator Delays: The elevators can sometimes be slow, especially when going to the top floor, causing a bit of inconvenience during your stay.

The location was marvellous, close to a subway station, if you need it. I was surprised at nearby Kaeru Coffee, they had some goodies, drinks.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, it had very good wi-fi, its location was absolutely perfect at a very convenient area. Had essentials needed in the superior twin room, including an electric kettle and a fridge.

I did not want to leave, spent very good time and would recommend. The superior twin room I stayed in was well-appointed with good amenities provided. Everything was modern, nonetheless a few employees where not very friendly.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was brand new. The parking was on site. The room was amazingly comfortable and compact. The staff was really kind and suggested places to visit.

The staff were super friendly. I greatly enjoyed the fact that the room was good-sized, well-organized, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was great, with lots of fresh food.

Amazingly comfortable and compact rooms with a writing desk and a chair. Location short walk to train station and convenience store, two subway lines and supermarket. Nearby Bar Agiyao - great place to chill out.
